By using the Beachside Circle Boats booking service or receiving SMS communications, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Beachside Circle Boats Booking Notifications

Description: Transactional SMS messages including booking confirmations, reminders, and updates sent to customers who opt in during the booking process.

Message Frequency: Varies based on bookings. Typically 1–3 messages per booking.

Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Support: Reply HELP for help or contact us at (601) 325-1205 or beachsideboats@myyahoo.com.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from all messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Booking Terms

All bookings are subject to availability and weather conditions
Full payment is required at time of booking
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund
No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows
Renters must be 18 years or older to operate a circle boat
All renters must sign a waiver before operating a boat
Life jackets are required and provided
Alcohol is not permitted on rentals

SMS Opt-In & Consent

By checking the SMS opt-in checkbox during the booking process, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from Beachside Circle Boats at the phone number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Liability

Beachside Circle Boats is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of rental equipment or failure to follow safety instructions. Renters assume all risk of injury.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
